We are honored to be a well-established private practice serving Winter Park and the Central Florida community for more than 60 years. Our practice provides a broad range of biological, restorative, cosmetic, airway, and family dentistry services.
Our medical division focuses primarily on craniofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders, and obstructive sleep apnea treatment and therapy.

Responsibilities
The Temporary Part-Time Dental Assistant will support the clinical team by:
- Assisting doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Taking diagnostic radiographs as permitted.
- Reviewing procedures and post-treatment instructions with patients.
- Maintaining proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Supporting efficient clinical workflow and room turnover.
- Accurately documenting clinical information.
- Anticipating the needs of the dentist and clinical team.
- Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
- Collaborating with team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current EFDA certification (required).
- Current dental radiology certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least two years of dental assisting experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting procedures, terminology, and clinical protocols.
- Perform expanded functions such as placing fillings, applying sealants, and taking impressions in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols.
- Deliver high-quality restorative work with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- A dependable, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
- A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
- The ability to commute reliably to our Winter Park office.
